The non-profit ROAD TO P1 Association aims to contribute to equal opportunities for girls and boys to reach the top step of the podium in motorsport by supporting them on a sporting and technical level; to offer students in aeronautical engineering or automotive construction (ESTACA) or other schools an opportunity to acquire field experience useful for their future job searches by participating in karting competitions organized by the French Federation of Motorsport and discovering many aspects of mechanics and data analysis; to welcome all people wishing to start or better understand this motorsport in a demanding and competitive environment by providing them with sporting, technical and organizational support.
