An association for fairness in motor sport
Speed, bravery, performance, victory and sometimes defeat are all part of this demanding discipline which, from generation to generation, continues to inspire young and old alike.
The ROAD TO P1 association aims to: contribute to equal opportunities for girls and boys to reach the top step of the podium in motorsport; offer young motorsport students an experience on the track; and finally, share our activity with all enthusiasts who wish to discover this sport more closely.
A word from the president
“With the ROAD TO P1 association, I want to bring together the ideal conditions to support our drivers as well as our students in the quest for victories or the discovery of competitive karting.
Providing the best technical, sporting, and organizational advice, seeking partners who want to join us on this great adventure, and giving each member enough visibility and experience so that their dream can continue: these are the actions that guide ROAD TO P1.”

A collective adventure
Competitive motor sport can very quickly become very expensive if you want to have good equipment and above all practice as often as possible to accumulate a lot of experience.
So, without the support of partners willing to take part in the adventure, no one can have the same opportunities as those who have been able to make a living from their passion with appropriate budgets.
Finally, this sport has always attracted more boys than girls, and in a society that is tending to reduce inequalities between men and women, we need to be able, from the earliest age, to create the conditions so that every child, boy or girl, can flourish with equal resources in the quest for victory.
The ROAD TO P1 association makes every effort to ensure that every euro invested can be used to achieve its objectives.
Equity, transparency, sharing, objectivity, realism, sportiness and ambition are the key words that frame the actions of the association, which supports its members’ dreams of reaching the top of the podium.
The ROAD TO P1 association puts potential partners and member in touch with each other to make equal opportunities in motor sport a common cause.
It offers sponsors the opportunity to follow the progress and career paths of affiliated members.
A driving force: passion
The world of motor sport is a fascinating one in that it calls on the technical skills of an entire team in search of the slightest gain in performance; sporting skills for all the drivers competing in challenging races in often difficult conditions and organisational skills for those who prepare and implement the systems and cars taking part in the various races.
