LAST PARTICIPATION IN UFOLEP BEFORE A NEW START IN FFSA FOR 2026

Last race of the Ufolep Nouvelle Aquitaine Trophy for Lara and Aaron before they move up to the FFSA in 2026.

A huge thank you to the organizers of this trophy, the volunteers, and all the passionate people who work to give these children the opportunity to live their dreams. A special mention to Michel FEVRES @mfkartconcept who works every year to organize this competition with affordable costs and regulations for everyone.

@teametie @alix_chanthaphasouk @Tristan, @Hervé, and we can’t mention everyone… All these children who respect each other and these parents with whom we have shared joyful moments during these sometimes challenging race weekends: two incredible years spent with you all, and only memories of mutual support when one of us was in trouble. Thank you all for giving these children the chance to dream.

A chapter closes for the FÉLIX family and Road to P1, but it’s only goodbye for now.

For his final race in the MINI 4-stroke category at Saint Genis de Saintonge, Aaron unfortunately couldn’t access his engine’s full power. Despite all his attempts at repairs, he couldn’t get it to reach its maximum RPM.

Penalized all weekend by a speed 7 to 8 km/h slower than the leading group in the fast sections, Aaron could only limit the gaps in the slower sections, where his precision in taking perfect lines was noteworthy. Unfortunately, this highly accurate driving wasn’t enough to make up the lost ground.

A respectable 5th place nonetheless for Aaron, who never lost his composure or his determination.

Lara’s final race in the Junior 4-stroke category saw her once again finish as the top female driver.

Despite a disappointing 9th place in qualifying due to a completely inappropriate setup choice, Lara staged an incredible comeback, launching an overly aggressive attack to secure 4th place. After finishing 6th in the first heat, Lara received a 5-second penalty.

Starting 9th again in heat 2, Lara continued her climb, finishing 6th in the pre-final.

In the final, with the top six pulling away, Lara made a particularly daring move in the fastest corner of the circuit to clinch 5th place.

A new chapter begins for Road to P1, which will compete in the FFSA Ile-de-France league championship starting in 2026.
